A Refreshing New Twist On A Tea With Ancient Roots

The Special Leaf story begins at an olive orchard in South Texas in 2014. While working as a chef consultant, I discovered you could make tea from the leaves of the olive tree just as you can with traditional tea leaves. The concept had been planted in my mind just as it had almost 4,000 years ago in the ancient Mediterranean where it originated.

Fast forward to 2018 and ever since, we've worked tirelessly to formulate recipes, scale to large co-packing production runs, and market to our fans, doing whatever it takes to keep the vision alive.

Special Leaf's mission is to help people through naturally functional ready-to-drink iced teas made with olive leaf, all-natural ingredients, and no added sugar. Full of anti-oxidants (2x more than green tea) and immune-boosting capabilities, olive leaf tea is known to help with blood pressure, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, cholesterol, weight management, and is even naturally energizing without caffeine.
